How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

We are responsible for sourcing all of our equipment for our networks. We work with various vendors for TV screens, computer players, and cabling equipment and oversee all of the shipping needs for our members. We are also responsible for internal database management in regards to improving all departments’ daily operating procedures, asset tracking and accurately maintaining clinic membership history.

What sets ContextMedia apart from competitors?

Some of the competitors outsource their logistics. We’re unique in the sense that everything is in-house. Because all of this is in-house, we are more attuned to our members’ needs and can take care of specific requests quickly and easily. There’s no third party to delay things.

Why are you passionate about working here?

There’s an energy here of a start-up culture. I’m very detail-oriented and enjoy the challenges and responsibilities of playing a major role in ensuring our clinics are receiving the best service.

How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

Network Operations is responsible for our service from a technical standpoint. We facilitate R&D, new installations, troubleshooting and engineering of all systems in the field. We take great pride in our efficiency, process, customer service and the overall health of our networks.

How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

As a brand manager, I focus on building awareness of the Rheumatoid Health Network brand amongst our current members, prospective members and the rheumatology community at large. I want each person in our industry to know exactly who we are, what we do and what we stand for.

Our service is what sets us apart. At ContextMedia it isn’t a sale, it’s a new member. The fact that we consider our users ‘members’ with whom we have a relationship with is one of the key pillars of our organization. Why are you passionate about working here?

I am at ContextMedia because I work with some pretty amazing people. My voice matters here and I am passionate about our product. Through our networks we inspire individuals with a chronic disease to continue to live a healthy, happy and active lifestyle. Knowing that my product helps people is important to me and drives me each day.

How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

We make sure the trains run on time as far as any content goes across all of the networks. So general education content, RSS feeds, sidebars and any of the ads ―all of the scheduling of those assets comes out of my office. Any of the customization for the members’ sites, specific information or content, we create and deliver that in a customizable playlist.

What sets ContextMedia apart from competitors?

We are media as a service. While others have a one-size-fits-all approach, we allow our members to dictate what services they need. We don’t have generic playlists or loops.

Why are you passionate about working here?

I love knowing our members’ patients are engaged, inspired and entertained by the content I provide. I’m fascinated by the technology that we use, being able to reach X number of people in uniquely different spaces.

How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

We are the face of the company, meaning we are the one’s making contact with the offices. We are in contact with the doctors and travel around the country explaining a concept that seems too good to be true. We tell them why point-of-care education is worth their time.

What sets ContextMedia apart from competitors?

We work hand and hand very well together throughout every team. We also look at every case differently whereas competitors may look at cases as just a sale. They become a member ― a part of the family, so to speak.

Why are you passionate about working here?

I’ve been in the medical field for a while, I’ve seen a lot of what goes on. We are a company that is delivering a product that reaches out to patients when they need it most. We help people out, inspire them and educate them.

How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

As a marketing-driven organization, our team organizes the activities behind expanding our member base. This includes everything from our marketing collateral, advertising and websites to rolling out new programs for currents members and maintaining the membership base we have by offering new services. We keep a close ear to their needs and make sure we’re continually aligned.

We are a mission-based company, so the work we do actually impacts people’s lives. This provides such a drive to further grow our networks to help even more people.

How would you describe your department’s capabilities?

Sales departments are sometimes viewed as an “island” within an organization but that’s not the case here. We’re an integrated part of the ContextMedia team, and I’ve worked with every department we have to provide solutions for our customers. Whether the client need relates to creative solutions, analytics and research, or market intelligence, we’re willing to help in any way we can.

What sets ContextMedia apart from competitors?

The thing that drew me to ContextMedia was the passion I felt in talking to the team. Yes it’s an excellent business model, but it’s based on a passion for encouraging patients to be educated about their condition and proactively address it with their doctor. One can emulate a good business plan but that kind of passion can’t be copied; it influences everything we do.

I enjoy being an important part of a winning team, and that’s why I love working here. The culture and the people are fantastic, but there’s a bottom line reason any salesperson would like working here; the product is great, and it works.

Member Services is the backbone of our company. We build strong and lasting relationships with each of our member clinics and work around the clock to understand their needs, capture feedback, and help improve our product offering to benefit patient-physician communication. Each and every day, we strive to maintain top-notch responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Our member clinics come first. We listen and deliver with a quicker turnaround time than any other competitor out there. With our in-house team of dedicated account managers, our members can rest assured that their needs will always be met.

ContextMedia clinic members never have to worry about dialing into a call center. We understand that physician offices are busy and we respect their time. I’m passionate about making a difference and helping others. I like helping our members find solutions that meet their specific patient education needs. I get fulfillment coming to work everyday knowing that every other person in the office feels the same way.
