How would you describe your department’s capabilities?
We are responsible for sourcing all of our equipment for our networks. We work with various vendors for TV screens, computer players, and cabling equipment and oversee all of the shipping needs for our members. We are also responsible for internal database management in regards to improving all departments’ daily operating procedures, asset tracking and accurately maintaining clinic membership history.
What sets ContextMedia apart from competitors?
Some of the competitors outsource their logistics. We’re unique in the sense that everything is in-house. Because all of this is in-house, we are more attuned to our members’ needs and can take care of specific requests quickly and easily. There’s no third party to delay things.

There’s an energy here of a start-up culture. I’m very detail-oriented and enjoy the challenges and responsibilities of playing a major role in ensuring our clinics are receiving the best service.
